Over 40 volunteers are all set to make the Dambuster Run / Challenge Walk a great success. The Dambuster has been called the friendliest event. A whole team of people bake cakes so the the refreshments at the end of the race are excellent. There are a team of people who manage the car parking and another team who manage the race itself. Marxhalls are strategically places to ensure all participants are timed in and out and are provided with water at stages around the course. The event sold out within 10 hours so, we are sorry but you are too late to enter. However, you could come along (with cake) to support the runners / walkers.
We use the money raised to support people with cancer or other life limiting illnesses to undertake an adventurous challenge. We look forward to seeing you on saturday morning.
